Porphyria is my final film for my degree at UTS, made in June 2009. It’s a little bit abstract, as it illustrates a man and woman as they come to terms with the inevitability of their own self-destruction.
Shot on HD using a red rock adapter and Nikon prime lenses on location at Tin City at Stockton beach Newcastle (check out my Tin City photo series here) and Kurnell, Sydney. It was a massive undertaking but I made it through with some help from some very special people.
